Description:
Join a reputable organization operating in the Oil & Gas sector and support daily front-office and administrative activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and professional interaction with visitors, employees, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, couriers, and packages
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and site access
  • Supporting data entry, documentation, and record-keeping activities
  • Greeting visitors, managing check-ins, and issuing visitor passes in accordance with HSE guidelines
  • Assisting employees with general administrative support and inquiries
  • Coordinating with various departments to fulfill office-related requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with office procedures, policies, and best practices
  • Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Managing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and courier services
  • Coordinating calendars and meeting schedules
  • Using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Working with office tools including Google Workspace and scheduling platforms
  • Applying basic database management and administrative systems knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector or an industrial working environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment
