Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced On-Call Supervisor for our Cleaning & Maintenance Company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in handling online service orders and managing field staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accept and manage customer orders received through online platforms

Communicate professionally with customers and confirm service details

Assign and dispatch company riders/cleaners to customer locations on time

Prepare quotations and invoices accurately

Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery

Generate orders independently using personal experience and customer handling skills

Bring new customers and orders to the company

Earn 2.5% commission per completed order

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UAE

Must have previous experience as an On-Call Supervisor / Call Supervisor

Experience working with platforms such as Urban Company, ServiceMarket, JustLife

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Ability to manage multiple orders and staff efficiently

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Job Details:

Duty Hours: 10 hours per day

Break: 1 hour

Weekly Off: 1 day

Visa: Own visa / Family visa only

Accommodation & Food: Not provided

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (based on experience) + 2.5% commission per order
