Progreso is assisting a reputable organization based in Dubai in recruiting an experienced and capable HR Manager. This role suits a practical, people-driven HR professional who can confidently handle complete HR operations while working closely with leadership to support business growth and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end HR functions and daily HR operations
• Manage recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and workforce planning initiatives
• Oversee employee relations, performance management systems, and engagement programs
• Ensure all HR practices and policies are fully compliant with UAE Labour Law
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to senior management and business stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience working as an HR Manager in the UAE market
• Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance standards
• Hands-on experience across HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, people-focused mindset with a strong understanding of business needs
