Job Description:

? Establish and enhance document control processes for organized handling and archiving of documents.

? Handle project documents for multiple projects, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.

? Thoroughly review design documents to maintain brand consistency and integrity.

? Develop and manage document templates for future use.

? Prepare progress reports, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure CEO approvals while upholding confidentiality and efficient document retrieval.

Qualifications:

? 35 years old and below

? Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field preferred.

? Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Design Document Controller or office manager role in a design/construction/real estate developer company.

? Must be familiar with design project management processes, workflow management, and document control tools.

? Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of software for Document Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage

Salary: AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
