Job Description
  1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability across all farm products.
  2. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand the farm’s customer base.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients such as wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
  4. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring product quality, fair pricing, and timely delivery.
  5. Oversee and coordinate all marketing campaigns digital, print, and field-based to promote the farm’s brand and products effectively.
  6. Manage the farm’s online presence, including social media platforms and digital advertising, to increase visibility and customer engagement.
  7. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing patterns, and consumer needs, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
  8. Plan, organize, and represent the farm at agricultural shows, exhibitions, and community events to boost brand recognition and sales opportunities.
  9. Design, produce, and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, product catalogs, and digital content to support sales initiatives.
  10. Recommend and implement pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and profit goals.
  11. Monitor and analyze sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, preparing detailed reports and forecasts for management review.
  12. Coordinate closely with the Customer Support Officer to ensure accurate order processing, client communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  13. Collaborate with the Production and Quality Management Officer to align product availability and quality with market demand.
  14. Develop sales forecasts to guide production planning and inventory management.
  15. Advise management on emerging markets, new product ideas, and growth opportunities.
  16. Ensure consistent brand messaging and high professional standards across all marketing and communication channels.
