Collecting and collating all such data related to the use of national roads as may be necessary for efficient forward planning under this act.

Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

Engineer (Roads)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • Registered Graduate Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).

  • Knowledge in road design, construction, and maintenance.

  • Proficiency in engineering design software is an added advantage.

ICT Officer II

  • Degree in Computer Science, ICT, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Skills in networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, or database management.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL) are an added advantage.

Human Resources Management Officer II

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

  • Membership in IHRM is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, records management, and labour laws.

Driver III

  • KCSE Certificate.

  • Valid BCE driving license.

  • At least 3 years driving experience.

  • Defensive driving certification is an added advantage.

Office Assistant I

  • KCSE Certificate.

  • Experience in messenger, cleaning, or office support duties.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.


General Competencies

Applicants should:

  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

  • Be able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be willing to work in various project locations and field conditions (for engineering roles).
