Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

1. Academic Staff (Lecturers / Research Fellows)

Hold:

• A Master’s degree or PhD in the relevant field (Physics, Health Management Systems, Mechanical Engineering).

• Teaching/research experience in a university or research institution.

• Evidence of publications or ongoing research (an added advantage).

2. Deputy University Librarian

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science or related field.

• Extensive experience in academic library management.

• ICT and digital library competencies.

3. Dean of Students

• Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field.

• Proven experience in student welfare, administration, or youth support services.

4. Senior Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

• CPA(K) or equivalent professional qualification.

• Experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance.

5. Senior Supply Chain Management Officer III

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS).

• Experience in procurement processes and records management.

6. Public Health Assistant III

• Certificate/Diploma in Public Health, Environmental Health, or related field.

• Experience in health inspection, sanitation, or community health.

7. Driver (2 Posts)

• Valid driving license BCE.

• At least 3–5 years driving experience.

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

Method of Application

Each application shall be accompanied by detailed curriculum vitae with three (3) referees, certified copies of relevant academic and professional certificates, national identity card or passport, testimonials and other relevant supporting documents

Applicants with foreign earned qualifications should have their certificates certified by the Commission for University Education (CUE)

Successful candidates shall be required to submit the following documents:

• Clearance from the Kenya Revenue Authority;
• Clearance from the Higher Education Loans Board;
• Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission;
• Clearance from a Credit Reference Bureau; and
• Criminal Investigation Department - (Certificate of Good Conduct).
