Assist in end-to-end recruitment for white- and blue-collar roles

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, agencies, and referrals

Schedule interviews and maintain candidate tracking sheets

Support onboarding, documentation, and HR file management

Coordinate with internal departments and support daily HR operations

Maintain recruitment reports and follow up with candidates

Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day tasks
