Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in the respective field:

    • Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field for Impact & Data Analyst.

    • Accounting, Finance, or related field for Chief Accountant and Senior Finance Manager (CPA/ACCA required).

    • Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or IT for Lead Project Manager (PMP/PRINCE2 an added advantage).

    • Chemistry, Biotechnology, Quality Assurance, or related field for QC Analyst.

    • Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field for Lead Software Developer.

  • Have proven experience in the specific role, preferably within consulting firms, large organizations, or sector-specific industries.

  • Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications and role-relevant software/tools.

  • Show high integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • For senior roles: demonstrate leadership experience and ability to manage teams and deliver strategic outcomes.
