We are seeking a polished, professional, and proactive Secretary cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and support the office’s daily operations.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk activities, handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth office workflow. You must be well-organized, well-spoken, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and partners with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails; redirect to relevant departments.
  • Maintain and organize schedules, appointments, and meeting rooms.
  • Handle office documentation, filing, and data entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist agents and management with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Prepare, format, and update documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office supplies, handle courier services, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting spaces are clean, presentable, and well-managed.
  • Support HR and operations with basic office tasks when required.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); Arabic is a bonus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & basic digital tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and professional work ethic.
