Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing and Procurement Executive to join our BLD Department (ISO Tank) in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills who can manage vendor relationships, implement pricing strategies, and optimize procurement processes within the shipping and freight forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and select carriers, trucking companies, and vendors while negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and competitive pricing.
  • Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends and company data to develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability and competitiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against contracts and KPIs, maintain strong supplier relationships, and address any operational issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to streamline procurement processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall department operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized procurement and pricing records, including performance reports, invoices, and contracts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant systems

Only candidates with experience in the Shipping Agency and Freight Forwarding industry will be considered.

Salary: 5000 - 10000 AED
