Job Description
The Reservation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the complete reservations workflow and supporting daily operational requirements to ensure seamless service delivery. This role acts as a bridge between the Reservations, Operations, Chauffeur, and Sales teams, ensuring that every booking is accurately processed, vehicles are efficiently allocated, and client expectations are consistently met. The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive tasks. Limousine service experience is essential to perform this role effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day reservations operations, ensuring timely and accurate booking of vehicles for clients.
- Oversee a team of Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and manage bookings received via phone, email, online platforms, and WhatsApp, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reservation details.
- Coordinate with Operations and Chauffeur teams to ensure vehicle and staff availability matches confirmed bookings.
- Handle escalated client requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, concierges, and partners to ensure a seamless booking experience.
- Ensure all reservations and changes are properly logged in the system and reflected in operational schedules.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservations, cancellations, revenue, and booking trends.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize reservation workflows and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor team performance metrics, including response times, booking accuracy, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support revenue growth initiatives and promotions.
- Conduct training sessions for Reservations Executives to ensure consistent service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations, booking, or customer service management, with limousine service experience being a mandatory requirement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in reservations systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Limo Anywhere or similar software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of bookings efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
