We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Event Operations team. This role ensures smooth event planning, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery of all event requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage a clear and efficient administrative process for all events.
· Maintain accurate event files, permits, contracts, and documentation.
· Track event milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
· Coordinate with vendors for quotes, pricing, and operational needs.
· Support budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and post-event reports.
Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Events, or similar (preferred).
· 2–3 years of administrative experience in events or related fields.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project tracking tools.
· Experience with documentation systems and multi-stakeholder projects.
· Knowledge of event permits or compliance is an advantage.
