Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Community Development or a related field, depending on the role.

• Have prior experience in sales, community outreach, customer service, field marketing or insurance services for Community Outreach Officer roles.

• For the Reconciliation Assistant role, have a background in Accounting, Finance, or related field with strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Be target-driven, self-motivated and able to work in the field with minimal supervision (for outreach roles).

• Be proficient in computer applications, especially MS Office; experience with insurance/finance systems is an added advantage.

• Show high levels of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.

• Be willing to work in the specified town/location and travel within the assigned area as needed.
