Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold a relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Procurement & Supply Chain, or related field depending on the role.

  • Have relevant work experience in finance, credit analysis, procurement, debt collection, or business development, preferably in financial services or lending institutions (experience may be minimal/entry-level for interns).

  • Demonstrate understanding of credit processes, loan products, secured lending, and risk assessment (especially for credit, collections, and senior business development roles).

  • Possess strong analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong customer-focus.

  • Be proficient in MS Office and basic financial or ERP systems.

  • Be willing to work in and/or cover the specified regions (Eldoret, Nakuru, Kisumu, Narok) for the secured lending roles.

  • Exhibit high levels of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
