Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Education or in the subject area plus a teaching qualification; a Master’s degree is an added advantage, especially for leadership roles such as Superintendent.

• Have prior teaching or counseling experience in an international or similar school setting.

• For teaching roles: demonstrate strong classroom management, lesson planning, assessment, and differentiation skills.

• For ES Learning Support and EAL roles: have experience supporting diverse learners, including students with learning differences and those for whom English is an additional language.

• For Secondary Social/Emotional Counselor: possess suitable qualifications in Counseling, Psychology, or related field, with experience in student social-emotional support.

• For Superintendent: have proven experience in educational leadership, school administration, and strategic management.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a multicultural environment.

• Be tech-savvy and able to use modern educational technologies and learning platforms.
