Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold a diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.

  • Have proven experience in field sales, territory management, FMCG distribution, or key account management.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of FMCG route-to-market, retail operations, and distributor/stockist management.

  • Be able to achieve sales targets, drive numeric and weighted distribution, and execute in-store visibility and merchandising standards.

  • Possess strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Be proficient in basic computer applications and sales reporting tools.

  • Be willing and able to work in the assigned territory (Nakuru, Kabarnet, Molo or Naivasha), including extensive field travel.

  • Hold a valid driving licence (an added advantage and often preferred for territory roles).
