Description:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Cashier / Teller to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, assisting customers with remittance services and foreign currency exchange, and ensuring strict compliance with CBUAE regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service for remittance and foreign currency exchange operations.
• Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any issues related to transactions.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cashier or Teller, preferably within an exchange house or banking environment.
• Understanding of remittance systems and foreign currency exchange operations.
• Basic knowledge of AML/CFT standards and CBUAE regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
