Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Nairobi. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting the management of residential properties and ensuring an excellent experience for both landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate will assist with viewings, coordinate maintenance, support negotiations, and uphold the high service standards our clients expect in a fast-paced property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of residential properties, including leasing, renewals, and tenant relations.
- Support property viewings and coordinate client appointments.
- Aid in negotiating terms and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Help with marketing properties and ensuring accurate, up-to-date listings.
- Maintain current knowledge of property market trends and assist with reporting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, real estate, or sales is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with business operations or market dynamics is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the Nairobi real estate market is an added advantage.
