We’re Hiring: Purchasing Assistant!

Join our dynamic foodservice team as a Purchasing Assistant and play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement and supply chain operations. This position is ideal for organized and detail-oriented professionals who are eager to support purchasing activities and contribute to the growth of the organization.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Assist in purchasing operations and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Create, track, and manage purchase orders efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet project requirements

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of procurement or supply chain processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or ERP systems
