General Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant certificate, diploma, or degree depending on the position:

  • Valid driving license, PSV (where applicable), and defensive driving certification for School Driver.

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field for Customer Service Officer.

  • Diploma/Degree in Clearing & Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field for Customs Declaration Officer.

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field plus professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA) for Accountant – Payables.

• Have relevant work experience in a similar role (driving, customer service, customs declaration, or accounting).

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for client-facing roles.

• Be computer literate and able to work with common office or industry-specific systems.

• Show high integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Be willing to work in the assigned location and under minimal supervision.
