Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, presenting and promoting products to prospective clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Collaboration with a dynamic team is essential to support the company’s mission of providing tailored financial solutions to empower individuals and SMEs.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to effectively drive revenue growth and close deals.
- Strong communication abilities for presenting financial products and building client relationships.
- Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and propose tailored financial solutions.
- Basic knowledge or experience in financial services or credit solutions is advantageous.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
