We’re looking for a talented HR Officer with 3-5 years of experience to become a key part of our team.

What You’ll Do:

Drive the entire recruitment and onboarding process in a thriving steel environment.

Foster positive employee relations and help maintain a strong, motivated workforce.

Ensure all HR documentation is up to date and in compliance with industry standards.

Support training initiatives and performance management to help our team excel.

Who You Are:

An HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.

Experienced in HR practices, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.

Comfortable with HR software and knowledgeable about UAE labor laws.

A strong communicator who can work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
