Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Fittings Specialist to join our execution team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in cabinetry installation, wardrobes, gypsum ceiling, wall paneling, and all wood-related finishing works. This person should be precise, organized, and capable of interpreting design drawings into flawless installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchen units, vanities, gypsum ceilings, and decorative wall panels.
• Interpret technical drawings and translate them into precise installations.
• Generate cutting lists and material schedules based on site requirements and drawings.
• Supervise joinery and finishing quality to ensure projects meet Prestige Bluestar standards.
• Work collaboratively with designers, site managers, and procurement teams.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all installations align with brand craftsmanship and timelines.
• Provide professional input during site measurement and execution planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in cabinetry, joinery, and interior finishing.
• Demonstrated expertise in woodwork and gypsum ceiling installation.
• Ability to prepare accurate cutting lists and material breakdowns.
• Proficiency in handling modern carpentry tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Diploma or certificate in carpentry, interior fitting, or a related field is an advantage.
