We are actively seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager – GCC to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the consumer durable industry, handling product categories such as mattresses, electronics, building materials, and related sectors. This is a senior role, requiring proven leadership in managing sales operations across the GCC region.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the GCC market
• Demonstrated success in managing Retail, Hospitality, and Dealer segments
• At least 10 years of experience leading and managing a sales force in the GCC
• Preferred experience in:
• GCC hospitality sector
• Management of company-operated retail showrooms

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales and collection targets within the assigned territory
• Oversee operations of Company Showrooms, Dealer Networks, and Hospitality Clients
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding performance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while driving market growth
