Job Description

Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in finance? Our client is seeking a motivated and teachable Finance Intern to join their accounting department.

The Finance Intern will support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, improving reporting processes, and ensuring smooth daily financial operations. This internship is ideal for a self-driven individual eager to learn, grow professionally, and gain hands-on experience in core accounting and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks and financial data analysis.
  • Help with the reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Conduct research and analysis as needed for financial projects.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the finance manager to support the department.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma (Second Class Upper) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have graduated in 2024 or be graduating in 2025.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
