Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field for teaching positions.

• Be registered or eligible for registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), where applicable.

• Have experience teaching CBC/8-4-4 or junior secondary levels in relevant subjects.

• For the Special Needs Teacher, possess specialized training and experience in special needs education.

• For the Psychological Counsellor, hold a qualification in Counselling Psychology or related field, with proven counselling experience in a school setting.

• Demonstrate strong classroom management, communication, and mentorship skills.

• Be aligned with the Christian values and faith-based philosophy of the school.
