Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be accountable for:
Performance Management & Business Partnering
- Ensure the operating system for performance management is active and effective within assigned execution team(s).
- Deploy and cascade KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly meetings to embed finance in operational decision-making.
- Use visual management systems and RCA frameworks to highlight, challenge, and improve performance levels.
- Provide objective performance assessments and co-create improvement plans with execution leaders.
- Stay updated on operational developments and proactively challenge performance gaps.
Business Insight & Decision Support
- Develop a deep understanding of operational drivers and take ownership of overall business performance within scope.
- Produce timely management reports, gap analyses, and actionable insights.
- Support the development and validation of business cases, ensuring sound assumptions, robust financials, and post-implementation benefit tracking.
- Partner cross-functionally to challenge assumptions, influence decision-making, and ensure business strategies are grounded in data and financial reality.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and support execution of joint productivity plans.
- Support month-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide input and quality assurance for FP&A deliverables (Budget, RoFo, QBR, Monthly Performance).
- Deliver accurate, relevant, and timely commentary to regional/centre stakeholders.
Community & Capability Building
- Engage actively in the finance community, sharing best practices and leveraging global/regional insights.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement using analytical tools and methodologies.
- Support data-driven decision-making by applying structured analysis and clear visualization techniques.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with relevant professional qualification (ACCA or CPA) preferred
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within a multinational corporation or a leading consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar) to generate actionable insights
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and navigate effectively through ambiguity
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across functions
