HR Admin

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team in Kiambu, Kenya. The HR Admin will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources operations, ensuring efficient management of employee records, recruitment processes, and policy compliance. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in business administration and a passion for HR management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support HR operations, including payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-5 years experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Membership with IHRM is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
