Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the e-commerce roadmap across website, mobile app, and marketplace channels to meet revenue targets.
• Plan and run seasonal and promotional campaigns, A/B tests, and conversion optimization initiatives to improve sales performance.
• Coordinate SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media strategies so they align with commercial goals.
• Use CRM platforms and analytics tools to drive conversion, increase retention, and enhance post-purchase experience.
• Monitor performance KPIs, prepare regular reports, and present insights with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and customer care teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or similar.
• Proven familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems and web analytics tools.
• Experience managing digital campaigns and marketplace listings, preferably within the UAE/GCC region.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities and a creative approach to growth.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
