Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant diploma or Bachelor’s degree depending on the position (e.g. Sales & Marketing, Business, Engineering, Production, or related field).

• Have prior experience in sales, marketing, plant operations, control room operations, or shift supervision as applicable to the role.

• Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Be able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven and/or production environment.

• Be flexible to work in shifts where required and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
