Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Hold a relevant postgraduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in the respective field; PhD is an added advantage and may be mandatory for some roles, especially supervision positions.

  • Be familiar with online, open, and distance learning (OODL) modes, including digital content development and virtual facilitation.
