  • Have proven experience in a similar role within healthcare, emergency services, NGO, or related sectors.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills, especially for managerial roles.

  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.

  • Be committed to humanitarian values and able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
