Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the building premises.
  • Ensure that the facilities are in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies or crises.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and tenants.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the property.
  • Ensure timely response to tenant inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Facility Management, Property Management, Business Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in facility, project, or property management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
