Job Description

Category: Hospitality / Hotel Operations / Customer Service
Employment Type: Full-Time

Available Positions

  1. Hostess

  2. Guest Relations Officer

  3. Telephone Operator

  4. Learning & Development Coordinator

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

  • Hold relevant academic qualifications in hospitality, tourism, business, HR, or related fields, depending on the position.

  • Have prior experience in hotel operations, front office, customer service, or training and development, as applicable.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.

  • Be well-presented, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

  • For Learning & Development Coordinator, have experience in staff training, coaching, and coordination of learning programs.

  • Be proficient in basic computer applications and familiar with hotel management systems (an added advantage).
