Minimum Requirements
Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications in hospitality, tourism, business, HR, or related fields, depending on the position.
Have prior experience in hotel operations, front office, customer service, or training and development, as applicable.
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
Be well-presented, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
For Learning & Development Coordinator, have experience in staff training, coaching, and coordination of learning programs.
Be proficient in basic computer applications and familiar with hotel management systems (an added advantage).
