Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization and display of products on the shop floor.
• Help customers with inquiries, product selection, and store navigation.
• Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
• Support the sales team in achieving store targets.
• Track inventory and report shortages or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail or store operations (freshers are welcome).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
