Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude
    • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and office correspondence
    • Maintain reception area and ensure a welcoming environment
    • Handle invoicing, receipts, petty cash, and daily expense records
    • Assist in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and report preparation
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and general administrative tasks
  • Support management in day-to-day accounting and operational needs

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred not Required)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist and/or accountant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books preferred)
  • Presentable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred
