Key Responsibilities:

 • Lead and supervise workshop technicians

 • Assign tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlines

 • Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance

 • Provide technical troubleshooting support

 • Train and mentor team members

 • Prepare performance and activity reports

Requirements:

 • Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile (preferred)

 • Minimum 8 years’ experience in automotive workshop supervision

 • Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and performance components

 • Proven ability to lead, guide, and motivate a team
