Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function across production. The successful candidate will drive food safety systems, lead audits, and work closely with production and supply chain teams to maintain consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department through all stages of production.
• Ensure company compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO/HACCP, GMP, and Halal requirements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
• Plan and conduct internal audits, and coordinate customer and regulatory inspections.
• Drive corrective actions, root cause analysis, and CAPA to resolve quality issues.
• Supervise QA/QC personnel and build a culture of quality across teams.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain to integrate quality controls and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in QA/food safety management within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Halal standards.
• Proven leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience managing audits.
