Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree depending on the role (IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields).

• Have experience in system analysis, business development, customer relationship management, finance, tax management, or real estate depending on the role.

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Be able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

• Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CISA, Insurance certifications, etc.) are an added advantage for applicable roles.

• For managerial roles: Demonstrate leadership capability and previous supervisory or management experience.
