Job Summary
Our is seeking skilled IT Software/System Trainers to join our team in Nairobi. As an Intermediate Trainer, you will play a key role in educating individuals and groups on various software systems, ensuring a high level of proficiency and understanding. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver IT training programs for clients across different sectors.
- Conduct training sessions in-person and online, adapting content to suit the audience level.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet specific client requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Provide support and guidance to trainees post-training to ensure successful implementation of skills.
- Collaborate with other trainers and departments to enhance training materials and methodologies.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Education, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4 years proven experience in conducting IT training sessions.
- Strong knowledge of various software systems and IT tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in both in-person and online training delivery methods.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex or technical concepts for non-technical audiences
