IT Software/System Trainer – Intermediate Trainer

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Summary

Our is seeking skilled IT Software/System Trainers to join our team in Nairobi. As an Intermediate Trainer, you will play a key role in educating individuals and groups on various software systems, ensuring a high level of proficiency and understanding. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our clients through training and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver IT training programs for clients across different sectors.
  • Conduct training sessions in-person and online, adapting content to suit the audience level.
  • Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet specific client requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Provide support and guidance to trainees post-training to ensure successful implementation of skills.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and departments to enhance training materials and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in IT software and systems to ensure relevant training content.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Education, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4 years proven experience in conducting IT training sessions.
  • Strong knowledge of various software systems and IT tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in both in-person and online training delivery methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex or technical concepts for non-technical audiences
