We at Align Staffing are currently seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team to support the daily operations.

Job role: Operations Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in client coordination and relationship management.
  • Positive attitude with a friendly, approachable personality and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of monthly rostering, timesheets, and the ability to generate detailed reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Location: Dubai
