We are a Dubai-based real estate and hospitality company specializing in short-term rental management. Our goal is to provide guests with exceptional stay experiences while ensuring maximum property performance for our clients.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Holiday Home Operations Executive to manage all aspects of our holiday home properties, from guest communication and check-ins to maintenance coordination and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of holiday home units (check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping, maintenance).
• Communicate with guests and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and logistics teams.
• Handle DTCM registration, permits, and other legal requirements.
• Monitor booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and update property listings when needed.
• Assist with pricing strategy and occupancy reports.
• Ensure all properties meet quality, safety, and hospitality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or holiday home operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (Turkish or other languages are a plus).
• Familiarity with DTCM regulations and short-term rental systems.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Flexible with working hours and available for emergency calls.
