Hiring – Senior Architects (Design Team) ❗
James Cubitt is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to strengthen our design team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive UAE experience in architectural design, particularly within reputable engineering consultancy firms.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Lead the design of high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and large-scale commercial projects.
• Prepare and manage architectural drawings and models using Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and practical architectural solutions.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of successful project delivery in the UAE.

Key Skills:

• Mandatory proficiency in Revit Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural design principles.
• Familiarity with local regulations, permitting, and approval procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration abilities.
