Events First Group is expanding and seeking an ambitious Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our energetic team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about connecting global brands with senior business audiences through high-impact events.

You will be part of a young and fast-paced environment, managing sponsorship sales for some of the region’s top executive conferences focused on digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for major conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sponsorship packages.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective outreach and negotiations.
• Represent the company professionally during networking and industry events.
