Description:

We’re Hiring: Land Surveyor (with strong expertise AutoCAD Civil 3D)

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to support ongoing infrastructure works on Saadiyat Island. The ideal candidate will be highly competent with AutoCAD Civil 3D and possess hands-on experience in marine and tunnel surveying to ensure accurate layout, alignment control, and as-built documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys to collect topographic and layout data for infrastructure, roads and tunnels.
• Interpret engineering drawings and perform site setting out and alignment control.
• Prepare, maintain and submit accurate survey reports, sketches and records.
• Process and analyse survey data using AutoCAD and Civil 3D and produce survey drawings.
• Verify design layouts against project specifications and provide corrective input when required.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, site supervisors and contractors to align field activities.
• Carry out as-built surveys and deliver precise drawings and reports.
• Maintain, calibrate and operate survey equipment (total station, GPS, levels).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience, specifically on marine and tunnel projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and survey data processing software.
• Solid knowledge of tunnelling methods, alignment control and shaft positioning.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
