Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

Hold relevant academic and professional qualifications for the position applied for.
Have proven experience in retail operations, fashion merchandising, or customer experience management.
Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Be creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
