- We are seeking a well-presented, highly organised, and self-driven Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, handle confidential information professionally, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate office activities, events, and logistics when required.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and ensure a strong company image.
- Run errands and perform personal tasks as assigned.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Handle visitors and clients with courtesy and professionalism.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Well-presented, confident, and professional at all times.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
