Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with excellence and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming café space and uphold Tatu Coffee’s hospitality standards.
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador for both Tatu City and Tatu Coffee, engaging warmly with clients, visitors, and VIP guests.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver a premium experience for visiting clients and partners.
- Support and participate in VIP activations and client hospitality events, including tastings, presentations, and product launches.
- Provide insight and feedback from guest interactions to continuously improve service and storytelling.
- Manage inventory of café supplies and support ordering and stock-keeping.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and uphold hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Warm, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant training and experience with brewing equipment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexible to work various shifts.
- Proactive and adaptable - able to adjust in a dynamic, client-facing environment
