We’re Hiring – Italian Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie specializing in Italian cuisine to join the culinary team at a 5-star luxury property in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands-on chef who takes pride in authentic Italian technique, consistency, and presentation in a high-end dining environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in upscale hotels or fine-dining restaurants.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Team player with good communication skills and willingness to follow brigade leadership.
• Open to all nationalities.
